PRIMARY EDUCATION PROGRAM AT H.A.S 

The primary education program at H.A.S is designed to foster comprehensive development in students, equipping them with a strong academic foundation while nurturing essential life skills, critical thinking, and bilingual communication abilities. H.A.S offers two educational pathways: Explorer’s Pathway and Innovator’s Pathway, catering to different learning needs—from a solid academic foundation to a bilingual, internationally-oriented education. Regardless of the system, students receive a high-quality education that prepares them for the next academic levels in public, bilingual, or international environments.

The Explorer’s Pathway focuses on developing core academic competencies and building essential foundational skills, ensuring students are well-equipped to progress in public or bilingual education systems.

The curriculum consists of 16 subjects and educational activities, including Vietnamese Language, Mathematics, English Language, Mathematics in English (Maths), Social-Emotional Learning (SEL), History, Geography, STEAM (Science, Technology, Engineering, Arts, Mathematics), ICT, Music, Visual Arts, Physical Education, Experiential Learning, Reading Activities, Collective Education, and Club Activities (for students from Grade 3 to Grade 5).

Key Areas of Focus:

  • Language Development and Communication Skills (Vietnamese, English) – Enhancing reading, writing, and effective communication in both languages.
  • Logical Thinking and Problem-Solving (Mathematics, Mathematics in English – Maths) – Strengthening numerical thinking and real-life application of mathematical concepts.

INNOVATOR’S PATHWAY: BILINGUAL FOUNDATION AND GLOBAL AWARENESS

The Innovator’s Pathway is designed for students who aim to develop in a bilingual environment with an international academic orientation, while engaging in an integrated curriculum, where academic disciplines are closely interconnected to create meaningful connections between knowledge and real-world applications.

Students in The Innovator’s Pathway do not simply learn subjects in isolation but develop interdisciplinary thinking, combining language, science, arts, and technology to solve real-world problems. This integrated approach enhances students’ systematic thinking, creativity, and ability to apply knowledge in diverse learning contexts.
