Requirements:

  • Graduated with a degree in Biochemistry, Natural Sciences, or Hanoi University of Pharmacy
  • Preference for graduates from Hanoi University of Science and Technology (majoring in Chemistry or Biology)
  • Good English skills: listening, speaking, reading, and writing
  • Honest, enthusiastic, careful, detail-oriented, and highly responsible
  • Able to work independently
  • Probation Period: 3–6 months depending on evaluation by the Head of Regulatory Affairs Department
  • Age Requirement: 25–35 years old
  • Working Hours:
    • Monday to Friday: 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
    • Saturday: 8:00 AM – 12:00 PM

Job Description:

  • Coordinate with manufacturers to prepare registration dossiers for new products, renewal dossiers, and variation dossiers (major or minor changes) for pharmaceuticals, biologics, medical devices, cosmetics, and dietary supplements according to regulations of the Ministry of Health
  • Review and check documents sent from manufacturers, provide feedback, and suggest corrections to comply with regulations
  • Monitor and update responses from the Drug Administration of Vietnam (DAV) and Ministry of Health, including requests for dossier supplementation, issuance of registration numbers, and approvals for changes or additions
  • Research and stay up to date with regulations on the registration and circulation of assigned products
  • Review label samples during the registration process and those sent for production
  • Search for materials and prepare product leaflets (English–Vietnamese translation)
  • Organize and manage documents and dossiers
  • Perform other tasks as assigned by the Head of Regulatory Affairs Department
